DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Our courses are considered digital products. They are not physical products. Nevertheless, we put a lot of time, energy, resources and money into creating this course for you. We cannot take back this product and issue you refunds because our course products and materials are in digital form. All purchases are final.

1-ON-1 ZOOM SESSIONS

If you booked and paid for a zoom session and do not show up, that is considered a waste of our time and also blocking valuable spot for others. Please notify us via email or text [ emmanuel@learnaiwithkesse.com | (614) 321-9113 ] about 15 min prior to the meeting if there is an emergency that will prevent you from attending the zoom meeting so we can reschedule. Failure to notify us means you have forfeited your time and as such we cannot refund you for that time. Also paid zoom sessions you have done with Kesse or any member of our team cannot be refunded.
